I have a DSL connection with Delta Zakelijk due to them buing a company called Cbizz, which in turns bought my original ISP. It's a slow and expensive link i use as a backup connectivity when Ziggo fails. 3 months back i noticed that the link was down, so i approached them on facebook. 2 months passed without responses to any of my comments. I contacted them via their support, and another week passed before they concluded it must be something with my copper. 3 more week passed where i had to talk to KPN, Tele2, UUNet before it was concluded that one of Deltas partners had disconnected the copper 3.5km away from my home. I informed Delta about this, who is now offering me 1 months worth of cash back, because they think i should not have contacted them on facebook. Maybe stupid of me to assume that a company that has social media presence would respond there, but maybe this can save someone else 2 months of no internet and no money back. The fact that it took them a MONTH to trace and solve the problem seems to be their norm.
